  • Nevertheless, Nuru-Tech is meeting with all of them in person, several times, as the products are being checked and information. English is language of choice by default.
  • In case of problematic communication and/or weak interest in the program and partnership, the cooperation is discontinued.

7What happens after I leave my contact details?

10How can Nuru-Tech ensure it will get its referral fee?
  • Nuru-Tech has established a personal relationship with the vendors, and also framed its cooperation in a formal cooperation agreement, committing both parties to transparency.
  • By local standards, trust and the value of a handshake is a matter that is not easily betrayed.
    Even so, walking around the agreement is unlikely to go undetected for long (as the German adage has it: ""Lügen haben kurze Beine"")...
  • One immediate effect would be to remove the product from the catalogue.
11Will the catalogue be enriched with new products?
  • Yes.

12Why promoting Turkish or other regional products?
  • Nuru-Tech promotes products from MEA region, though by far the majority of the vendors will indeed be Turkish.
  • The Turkish marketplace is very competitive, not least because of its age pyramid and economy. Business and consumers are very price conscious.
  • At the same time, the market and regulations are as sophisticated as in Europe.
  • Moreover, Customer service standards are higher than in Europe, and far more efforts are being made to reach & keep a deal, as well as achieve satisfaction.
  • All put together: these products are good, well engineered and innovative. Most likely their quality/price ratio (= value) is significantly higher than their competitors.
  • Vendors and customers miss at least an opportunity when not getting to know each other!
13Why wouldn't customers go to vendors directly?
  • If Nuru-tech wasn't there, customers would first have to find that vendor. This is of course not impossible, but tedious… (search sufficiently long in the internet).
  • The next question is then: how comfortable are customers in establishing contact…(and vice-versa)? How about language, timing, scope, support, pricing info?
